Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Executive who has a passion for driving growth and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to attract and retain clients, and enhancing EGS's market presence. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to think strategically and contribute to initiatives that align with our mission of transformative education.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential partners, and strengthen ties with existing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with academic teams to design and promote educational offerings that meet market needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of trends, competitors, and potential avenues for growth.
• Lead business presentations, pitch proposals, and represent EGS at networking events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, fostering a positive long-term relationship.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Passion for education and an ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Technical Expertise

• Experience in managing partnerships, educational collaborations, or related projects.
• Understanding of industry-specific tools and platforms (e.g., LMS or CRM software).
