We are looking for an exceptional IT System Administrator consultant who has a passion for managing the computer system of a company. Communication is key in this role and you will be adept at explaining complex subjects in simple terms as well as using these skills to “Bring people along for the ride”.

Roles & Accountabilities:

Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Creating various user accounts and managing access control options
Managing data backup and archives
Training and overseeing the activities of other IT technicians

Technical Expertise

Experience in handling different exam platforms
Experience in handling data storage and cloud computing

Non- Technical

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related study
